"I recently had a piece of ice hit my windshield and crack it. I was devastated and drove right away to State Farm. Thank goodness Nicole was there,she came out and seen my damaged windshield and quickly reported it. The people in Bowling green called me within 15 minutes and had me an appointment for a new windshield. That's 5 star service, thanks Nicole for understanding my pain , I really appreciate you taking care of this awful situation. Just glad I have State Farm and great people that work there, feeling BLESSED !!!!!"

"My policy rates doubled for home owners & auto. It's unbelievable the insurance quote I got from Mr. Lawson's office. It's Kentucky for crying out loud insurance rates should not be this high. 😭 I'm leaving State Farm!!!"
